Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of developing compelling marketing and sales materials and managing events from inception to execution. The candidate should be excited to work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and sales.
Create and develop compelling, insight-driven marketing and sales materials that resonate with our target audience and clients, including one-sheets, presentations, videos, events and more.
Work closely with marketing and sales to identify customer needs and trends and ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Plan, organize, and manage events, including media partnerships, partner summits and client entertainment from conception to execution, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of marketing objectives.
Support and manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital, social, public relations and the SponsorUnited platform.
Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and media partners, to support marketing efforts.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using data to inform future strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the international team to develop localized marketing strategies and materials that resonate with international audiences.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practice in B2B marketing to reach and engage our target audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, sales marketing, and event management and a high degree of knowledge and enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, media and sponsorships,
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and results.
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills and a willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
Experience with event management from conception to execution.
Comfortable working in Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft, Hubspot and willingness to learn new software programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with international marketing is a plus.
