Marketing Automation Manager

SponsorUnited is looking to expand their Marketing team with a Marketing Automation Manager with experience in working with marketing automation and email marketing tools, specifically HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, execute, and analyze company demand generation campaigns; including HubSpot integration with Salesforce.
  • Create, manage, execute, and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all company databases and communication schedules.
  • Develop strategy for increasing company database members.
  • Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
  • Execute segmentation around brand plans.
  • Assist marketing team with executing lifecycle and email automation program strategy.
  • Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage data integration between on and offline software programs.
  • Carry out daily campaign processes, including start-to-finish scope.
  • Schedule and coordinate text and creative content.
  • Develop KPIs and analyze campaigns for key metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience with marketing automation platforms. HubSpot experience required, and experience with HubSpot integration to Salesforce from a processes and workflow standpoint is a plus.
  • Strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, split tests used in email campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional groups.
  • Good time-management skills.
