Partnership Sales (Brands)

We are looking to expand our partnership sales team with a best-in-class candidate, looking to develop and use their sales skills to acquire new brand partners for SponsorUnited – its fastest growing and most critical division of the company.


  • Own and drive the full new business development cycle (prospect, prepare, present, close) for new brand partnerships.
  • Actively manage individual forecasting of brand sales to ensure targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis.
  • Ability to conduct consultative discussions with C-Level marketers – diagnosing their key challenges which SponsorUnited can solve for.
  • Communicate effectively between sales, marketing, and operation teams, ensuring a smooth process for new client acquisition.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed individual, company, and department goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with your leadership team and department leads to ensure you have relevant resources necessary to win in the marketplace.
  • Contribute ideas to help improve internal processes and products.
  • Continually build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations.
  • Participation and facilitation in all new business sales-related activities including demo preparation, sales meeting preparation, and sales support


  • 5+ years of selling to brands required.
  • Strong network of brand connections who are active in sports & entertainment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals is required.
  • Salesforce/CRM experience required.
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
  • A passion for uncovering a client’s need, solving it, and closing the deal.
  • Positive attitude with an intense desire to win personally and as a team.
  • Ability to work in a 100% remote, virtual environment.
